TERMS & CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE TERMS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING. IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID. BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

GROUPED EXTENDED BIDDING / SOFT CLOSE

This auction uses a "Soft Close" format. Some items are linked into bidding groups — meaning they open and close together based on bidding activity.

If anyone bids on an item in the group during the final minutes before closing, the closing time for the entire group automatically extends. Every new bid placed during an extension resets the clock again, and this continues until no one bids further. Because of this, the posted closing time is only the earliest possible close — not a guaranteed one.

This system gives every bidder a fair chance to participate and prevents last-second "sniping."

Extension Time Increments

  • First 15 minutes of extended bidding: 5-minute extensions
  • 15–45 minutes in: 3-minute extensions
  • 45–75 minutes in: 2-minute extensions
  • After 75 minutes: 1-minute extensions (continues until bidding stops)

Example

Items 101, 102, and 103 are grouped and set to close at 6:00 PM.

  • A bid comes in on Item 102 at 5:59 PM → all three items extend past 6:00 PM.
  • A new bid on Item 101 during that extension → the group extends again.
  • This continues, with extension times shrinking per the schedule above, until bidding stops and the group finally closes.

 

Please ensure your phone number and email address are up to date and correct in your profile settings. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium added to each final bid to determine the final sales price. All items must be paid for in full at the end of the auction or on pick up day. We will contact all winning bidders by email on 06/25/2026. Forms of accepted payment are cash, check, or major credit card. Credit card payments are accepted up to a maximum of $2,500 per invoice. Any balance exceeding $2,500 must be paid by an approved alternative payment method, including cash, check, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or other form acceptable to the auction company. The auction company reserves the right to require payment by certified funds at its sole discretion. A 6% sales tax will be added to the items accordingly, or please provide us with a resale tax exempt number and form if you are buying for resale. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS.

Pickup Info: The pickup day for this auction will be June 26th from 9 AM - 6 PM CT. 

All buyers are required to schedule a designated pickup time slot in advance to help ensure an efficient loading process and minimize wait times. Buyers who arrive without an appointment may experience delays or be asked to return at another time. To schedule an appointment: In the upper right-hand corner of the invoice, next to the print & pay buttons, there will be a button that says, “Schedule your pickup appointment”. Once you click that button and you will be able to select from available appointments. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own appropriate vehicles, trailers, tie-downs, straps, and any necessary equipment to safely transport their purchases. While staff will be available to assist with loading, buyers must be physically able and prepared to help move, lift, and secure their items. Buyers should also bring additional help if needed. All items become the buyer’s responsibility once they are removed from the premises. Buyers of the heavy ag equipment must be able to load their own purchases. We do not have machinery to load heavy items. 

All purchases that have not been paid for or payment/pickup arrangements are not made by 06/26/2026 your account will be automatically charged to the credit card used at registration. All purchased items must be removed by the deadline of 06/26/2026 unless arrangements have been made. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at the Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.

#1. Bidder Verification:

Bidding rights are provisional, and if identity verification is questionable, Lawson Co. Auctioneers, has the right to reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Lawson Co. Auctioneers reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person’s credential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges.

#2. Technical Issues:

In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC, shall be held responsible for the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.

#3. Auctioneers right to bid:

The Auctioneer, Agent, Broker, and auction staff shall have the option to bid and buy at this auction.

#4. Additional Conditions:

This property is being sold for cash “as-is, where-is” with a deadline. No guarantee on condition or authenticity of any items. It is incumbent on the bidder to use their best judgment on the condition and value of the lot or item. DISCLAMER: All information contained herein is believed to be correct to the best of the auctioneer's knowledge. The information is being furnished to bidders for the bidder's convenience, and it is the responsibility of the bidder to determine that information contained herein is accurate and complete. Any reliance on the contents shall be solely at the recipient’s risk. Bidders must conduct and rely solely upon their own investigations and inspections

#5. Payment and 10% buyers fee & Tax.

All personal property sold is subject to a 10% buyers premium, 6% Ky sales tax.. We Reserve the right to charge your card if you are the winning bidder and you don't pick up the item. In such as case we reserve the right to resell the lot or item if not picked up within two weeks of the close of the auction. 

#6. Altering terms:

Lawson Co. Auctioneers, LLC., reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms as they are written at that time.
